テレビ塔近くの大通り公園に面した茶のビルは、
（左）は、市役所です。建築的に景観的に
残念なデザイン、、、。

ちょっとおもしろい。
左後ろに時計台が見えてます。
There is a cafe on the 19th floor and the 18th floor of City Hall.
たしか上のほうに、喫茶店があったはず。
ありました〜。
19階と18階に。
↓19階の、その名も
喫茶青空へ。

雪祭り会場が見えないかな〜？
と思って上ってみたのです。

が、ゆる〜い時間が心地よしな
昼下がり。
テレビ塔は見えますが、
雪まつり会場は、この右横になります。

喫茶隣の屋上、ここ、雪祭り時期のみ
オープンだそう。
ここからなら見られそうです。

見学。

残念ながらお腹はすていないので
